SUNYGROUP’s laminated glass recycling equipment is an automated physical separation system designed for automotive windshields, architectural laminated glass, and discarded door and window glass. Its primary function is to completely separate glass fragments from the high-value organic interlayers (PVB, EVA, or SGP), enabling the pure recovery of both materials.
Discarded laminated glass panels are smoothly fed into a heavy-duty roller crusher via a hydraulic lifting platform. Two sets of high-pressure rollers crush the glass layers into uniform, mesh-like fragments while keeping the interlayer film intact.
The crushed material then enters the separation unit. A specialized multi-axis centrifugal mechanism applies high-frequency shear and friction forces, causing tiny glass particles adhering to the interlayer film to completely detach and separate.
The laminated glass recycling equipment utilizes dry physical separation, requiring no water washing or chemical solvent soaking, and generates no industrial wastewater or harmful gases. With processing capacities ranging from 1 to 5 tons per hour, the equipment meets the demands of high-intensity, continuous operation for medium-to-large solid waste recycling facilities.
