What materials can aluminum-plastic separation equipment process?

Aluminum-plastic separation equipment primarily utilizes dry physical crushing and high-voltage electrostatic separation technologies. As long as the material consists of an aluminum-plastic composite, efficient separation can generally be achieved. The equipment is capable of processing the following materials:

1. Aluminum-plastic panel offcuts: Discarded aluminum-plastic curtain wall panels from construction and renovation projects, as well as scraps and edge trimmings from manufacturing plants.

2. Composite packaging films and flexible packaging: Multi-layer aluminum-plastic flexible packaging, such as bags for food, puffed snacks, tea, and powdered milk.

3. Anti-static bags and electronic packaging: Vacuum bags and anti-static composite bags commonly used for packaging electronic components.

4. Blister packs: Defective products, scrapped blister packs, and edge trimmings from pharmaceutical manufacturing (requiring the removal of medication), as well as discarded pharmaceutical foil recovered from household waste.

5. Toothpaste tubes and squeeze tubes: Used aluminum-plastic toothpaste tubes and cosmetic squeeze tubes.

Processing with this equipment yields two types of highly valuable raw materials:

1. Separated aluminum: Can be directly smelted into aluminum ingots or processed into industrial aluminum powder for use in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, and automotive parts.

2. Separated plastic: Typically high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) of very high purity. It can be directly used for plastic granulation, injection molding, or the production of wood-plastic composites.
