A client from Nepal has ordered a set of lead-acid battery recycling equipment from SUNYGROUP. Manufacturing is complete, and the equipment has passed quality inspections, meeting all factory-release standards; it is now ready for shipment to the client’s facility.

The successful operation of this equipment will significantly enhance the level of automated processing for waste lead-acid batteries in Nepal, providing the necessary technology to achieve high-purity recycling of waste lead paste, metallic lead, and plastic casings. Recovery rates for metallic lead and lead paste exceed 99%, while the sorted PP plastic casings are clean enough to be sold directly or processed into granules.
