Waste Circuit Board Recycling Equipment Ready for Shipment to Ukraine

SUNYGROUP has custom-manufactured a physical recycling and processing line for waste circuit boards for a client in Ukraine. The equipment has successfully completed all production stages, material-based trial runs, and pre-shipment quality inspections. It is now being dismantled and packed for international transport to the client’s facility in Ukraine.

Waste circuit boards are often described as “super mines”—the most valuable component of electronic waste for recycling. To meet the client’s urgent requirements for stable operation, low energy consumption, and rapid commissioning, SUNYGROUP’s engineering team implemented multiple upgrades to the entire recycling line.

The system features a fully enclosed design and comes standard with a pulse dust collection and activated carbon adsorption purification system. Whether during thermal desoldering or the grinding and separation stages, the process ensures no dust leakage or odor emissions within the workshop, fully complying with European environmental protection and operational safety standards.
