Recently, amidst the surging global demand for photovoltaic (PV) module recycling, Suny Group’s factory welcomed a special delegation of overseas partners. The clients had previously ordered a complete set of automated equipment for the recycling, sorting, and processing of PV panels; prior to the official shipment of the machinery to their overseas facility, they traveled specifically to the Suny Group factory to conduct a final, pre-shipment acceptance inspection of the actual operating equipment.
At the inspection site, Suny Group’s team of sales engineers conducted full-load operational tests on the entire production line in strict accordance with delivery standards. The clients witnessed firsthand the precise dismantling of aluminum frames and junction boxes (J-boxes).
Pyrolysis Processing: During the pyrolysis stage, the solar panels are transported via a conveyor to a continuous thermal decomposition furnace for uniform heating treatment. The heat-treated materials then enter the separation system, where glass, silicon wafers, copper, and copper-tin ribbons are sorted step by step.
After signing the certificate of acceptance, this client remarked: “Personally witnessing the machinery in operation before its official shipment has filled me with confidence regarding its subsequent commissioning and production at our local facility. ” Following the successful completion of this on-site acceptance inspection, the equipment will proceed to the meticulous packaging stage before being transported via international logistics to the client’s location.
