SUNY GROUP’s factory recently welcomed a delegation of clients from Japan. The purpose of this visit was to conduct an on-site inspection of the manufacturing processes and actual operational performance—specifically regarding material feeding—of our company’s core environmental protection equipment: the large-scale waste tire shredder. Accompanied by our sales representatives and technical engineers, the Japanese clients toured SUNY GROUP’s heavy equipment manufacturing workshop, where they conducted a comprehensive, end-to-end examination of the tire shredder’s structural design, blade materials, and overall engineering.
To demonstrate the equipment’s true capabilities, our factory’s technical team prepared extremely tough, steel-belted truck tires for a live operational demonstration. Faced with these truck tires—which contain high-strength, thick steel wires—the shredder leveraged its low-speed, high-torque shearing characteristics. Its two counter-rotating cutter shafts engaged powerfully, instantly shredding the entire heavy-duty tire into uniform rubber chunks while maintaining smooth and stable operation throughout the process.
The Japanese clients also paid particular attention to the arrangement and fastening design of the carbide alloy cutting blades. Addressing the clients’ concerns regarding wear and tear, we showcased our unique self-locking blade body structure and wear-resistant hardfacing technology; this innovative design ensures cleaner cutting action and significantly extends the service life of each set of blades.
Following the machine trial, both parties convened in the conference room for an in-depth technical discussion regarding waste tire shredding and rubber powder recovery. As one of our company’s flagship products, the SUNY GROUP waste tire recycling and processing system has been successfully deployed in dozens of countries and regions worldwide.
