International Clients Observe the Operation of a Double Shaft Shredder

Recently, Suny Group headquarters welcomed a delegation of international clients for a site visit and inspection. The primary objective of this factory tour was to gain a comprehensive understanding of SUNY GROUP’s industrial-grade double shaft shredders. Inside Suny Group’s heavy-duty assembly workshop, the clients observed the entire operational process of the double shaft shredder. The materials used for this demonstration primarily consisted of scrap metal, thick-walled industrial plastic drums, and mixed metal offcuts. When confronted with industrial plastic waste characterized by its substantial thickness and high toughness, the double shaft shredder impressively demonstrated its signature “low-speed, high-torque” capability. Driven by an intelligent PLC control system, the machine automatically sensed the hardness of the materials and adjusted its cutting force accordingly, instantly shearing large-sized waste items into uniform, manageable blocks.

The clients paid particular attention to the equipment’s performance when encountering extremely hard materials. Suny Group’s double shaft shredder features an automatic reverse-rotation protection function that responds within milliseconds, effectively preventing motor overload and cutter damage. This specific detail regarding operational stability and reliability received high praise from the visiting clients.
