Suny Group recently hosted an international client at its headquarters. The primary objective of the visit was to conduct an on-site evaluation of Suny Group’s aluminum-plastic recycling line.
Suny Group’s recycling line utilizes a fully enclosed dry separation process and comes standard with pulse dust collection and airflow circulation systems. This ensures a dust-free and wastewater-free workshop environment, perfectly meeting the stringent environmental standards of major global markets.
To handle irregularly shaped pharmaceutical blister packs and ultra-thin aluminum-plastic films, the equipment employs multi-stage grinding and electrostatic separation processes. The materials are ground into fine powder without the use of water. A high-voltage electrostatic separator leverages differences in electrical conductivity to achieve 100% separate discharge of plastic and aluminum powders, maintaining a purity level exceeding 99%.
Through this face-to-face site visit and material testing, the client gained full confidence in Suny Group’s delivery capabilities and technical expertise. Both parties have reached a preliminary agreement regarding future plant layout planning and the procurement of customized equipment.
