Indian Clients Visit Suny Group for PV Panel Recycling Technology

Suny Group recently welcomed clients from India to its headquarters. The purpose of their visit was to evaluate Suny Group’s photovoltaic panel recycling system.

At the Suny Group facility, the technical engineering team conducted live material processing tests for the Indian clients, demonstrating the following key processes:

1. Efficient Frame and Glass Separation: Mixed PV modules were smoothly fed into the production line, where a semi-automatic de-framing machine at the front end removed the aluminum alloy frames without causing damage within seconds. Subsequently, an intelligent primary crusher rapidly separated the tempered glass from the internal cell laminate.

2. Following processing through multi-stage air separation and high-voltage electrostatic separation systems, high-purity silicon powder, copper powder, aluminum scrap, and clean glass granules flowed continuously from the end of the line. The Indian clients stepped forward to examine the samples and expressed high praise for the results.

3. Addressing the clients’ significant concerns regarding dust control, we demonstrated the integrated pulse dust removal system on-site. Even with the equipment operating at full capacity, no visible dust escaped into the workshop, fully complying with international occupational health and safety standards.

This visit not only deepened mutual trust but also laid a solid foundation for Suny Group to further expand into the PV recycling markets of India and South Asia.
