SUNYGROUP’s electric motor stator and rotor recycling line utilizes a fully automated, continuous crushing and sorting process. It directly transforms large batches of mixed scrap motors—including stators, rotors, micro-motors, and compressor cores—into high-purity red copper, aluminum, silicon steel (iron), and a small amount of plastic in a single pass.
Moving away from traditional, labor-intensive methods that require manual positioning and alignment of individual units, the SUNYGROUP fully automated line employs a dry physical processing route: high-strength shearing and shredding → heavy-duty impact liberation → high-gradient magnetic separation → synergistic sorting using air-density separation combined with electrostatic or eddy-current separation.
Key crushing and sorting chambers within the production line operate under negative pressure and are equipped with a high-efficiency pulse-jet bag dust collection system. With a dust removal rate exceeding 99% and no dust leakage at the site, the system fully complies with stringent regional environmental regulations.
Unlike traditional burning methods that cause metal loss through oxidation, this dry physical sorting process ensures that copper, iron, and aluminum remain free from oxidation and loss. The resulting high-purity products command a premium price, significantly shortening the investment payback period for plant operators.
