E-Waste Recycling Equipment for the United States

A fully automated e-waste recycling system, custom-engineered by SUNYGROUP for a U.S. client, has successfully completed its pre-shipment performance testing and quality inspection at our manufacturing facility. The equipment is now being disassembled and packed for its journey to the United States.

Prior to shipment, our quality control team conducted a continuous, full-load test run using actual e-waste materials. We provided the U.S. client with comprehensive documentation, including an uninterrupted, single-take video of the operation and detailed reports on the purity levels of the sorted materials.

This e-waste recycling system utilizes multi-stage physical shredding and sorting technologies to produce metal and resin powders, achieving a separation efficiency of up to 99%. Each shredding and screening stage is integrated with a central pulse-jet baghouse dust collection system, ensuring full compliance with local U.S. environmental regulations and standards.
