Dual-Shaft Shredder Successfully Passes Quality Inspection

Recently, a heavy-duty dual-shaft shredder, custom-manufactured by SUNYGROUP for a U.S. client, successfully completed its full internal quality inspection and high-intensity load testing at our production facility. All performance metrics exceeded contractual standards, and the unit has now entered the container loading and shipping phase.

This dual-shaft shredder offers exceptional material versatility. Serving as core equipment for primary shredding and volume reduction, it is widely used in the following recycling lines:

E-waste and Home Appliance Recycling: Discarded computers, server chassis, refrigerator casings, washing machines, and large communication circuit boards.

Scrap Metal Recycling: Aluminum alloy profiles, paint buckets, color-coated steel sheets, automotive body panels, and light-gauge metal bales.

The heavy-duty dual-shaft shredder underwent comprehensive system integration and testing prior to leaving the factory; upon receipt, the U.S. client needs only to perform basic positioning and electrical connections to begin production. We provide detailed English operation and maintenance manuals and electrical schematics with the shipment, alongside 24/7 remote video technical support.
