This recycling line is designed to process various composite aluminum-plastic materials, such as ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) offcuts, pharmaceutical blister packs (PTP), aluminum-plastic films (soft-packaging lithium battery casings), automotive trim strips, and food packaging pouches. The system achieves deep physical separation of aluminum and plastic.
The aluminum-plastic recycling line is a fully automated, dry mechanical crushing and separation system. Engineered to handle mixed aluminum-plastic waste with complex compositions and irregular shapes or sizes, it utilizes closed-loop mechanical gravity and electrostatic separation technologies to thoroughly separate aluminum powder from plastic powder at ambient temperatures.
The purity of the separated products typically exceeds 99%, making them highly marketable in the recycling industry. The aluminum powder can be sold directly to manufacturers of aerated concrete (as a foaming agent), fireworks, or metal alloys, or used as a raw material for powder metallurgy. The plastic granules can be fed directly into plastic pelletizers to manufacture pipes, plastic pallets, or injection-molded parts, or used as additives for construction panels.
If your material consists of intact, flat ACP panels, we recommend the ACP recycling machine; it offers lower energy consumption and yields intact aluminum foil and plastic sheets, commanding a higher market value. However, if your material consists of offcuts, blister packs, soft packaging, or mixed waste, the aluminum-plastic recycling line is the ideal solution.
