A client from Belarus conducted a two-day on-site visit to SUNYGROUP’s factory and observed a live demonstration of the tracked mobile dual-shaft shredder in operation.
The client faces typical challenges in Belarus, including the handling of waste wood, bulky household waste, and construction debris, as well as the need for equipment that can operate across various, often temporary, outdoor sites. The primary objective of the visit was to find a mobile solid waste pre-treatment solution that combines powerful shredding capabilities and superior off-road mobility with the ability to withstand Eastern Europe’s harsh, cold climate.
SUNYGROUP’s mobile shredder features a fully hydraulic tracked drive system, eliminating the need for complex site foundation work. Upon arrival at the work site, the unit can deploy its hopper and begin production within minutes. Once material enters the shredding chamber, the high-torque hydraulic/diesel drive system engages the two heavy-duty cutter shafts, instantly tearing and shearing large pieces of material. If hard metal objects are encountered, the system’s PLC-based intelligent overload protection automatically triggers a reversal—quickly backing out the material before re-engaging—ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation throughout the process.
The Belarusian client inspected the uniformity of the shredded output on-site and highly praised the equipment’s stable power delivery and low noise levels under heavy loads. The client representative remarked, “The assembly quality of SUNYGROUP’s mobile shredder is exceptional; it demonstrates top-tier manufacturing standards, particularly regarding hydraulic control and the wear resistance of the cutting tools.”
