Overview

The PV solar panel pyrolysis recycling line integrates robotic feeding, intelligent dismantling. patented pyrolysis, multi-stage separation, and classified material collection into a stable, continuous, and scalable recycling system.

After removing the junction box and aluminum frame, the solar panels are transported via a conveyor to a continuous thermal decomposition furnace for uniform heating treatment. The heat-treated materials then enter the separation system, where glass, silicon wafers, copper, and copper-tin ribbons are sorted step by step. The exhaust gas generated during the process is purified to meet strict environmental emission standards.

After dismanting, pyrolysis, and multi-stage separation, materials from end-of -life photovoltaic modules are efficiently recovered and sorted into distinct output streams, including junction boxes, aluminum frames,glass, solder ribbons (metal wires), and silicon wafers. All recovered materials are collected and stored separately by type, enabling direct sale or downstream reuse and further processing. thereby maximizing overall resource recovery value.
