The PV solar panel pyrolysis recycling line integrates robotic feeding, intelligent dismantling. patented pyrolysis, multi-stage separation, and classified material collection into a stable, continuous, and scalable recycling system.

After removing the junction box and aluminum frame, the solar panels are transported via a conveyor to a continuous thermal decomposition furnace for uniform heating treatment. The heat-treated materials then enter the separation system, where glass, silicon wafers, copper, and copper-tin ribbons are sorted step by step. The exhaust gas generated during the process is purified to meet strict environmental emission standards.
