Metal particles obtained after processing scrap metal materials by a metal shredder are an ideal raw material for steelmaking. The metal crusher machine uses the centrifugal force of high-speed rotating hammers to crush metal materials:
1. Driven by a motor, the main shaft and hammers of the metal crusher machine rotate at high speed, continuously impacting the metal material entering the crushing chamber. Through the combined action of impact and kneading with fixed blades, the metal material is crushed into clumps, completing the crushing process.
2. The crushed metal particles pass through a dust collector. As the material flows out, the dust collector blows away some paint and impurities, ensuring clean, uniformly filtered metal particles.
3. The metal crusher machine uses an inclined plate feeding structure at the bottom, with a screen plate structure installed below. Metal particles flow out according to different screen plate apertures.
4. The metal particles pass through a magnetic separator to separate ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Finally, they are transported by a conveyor belt, completing the crushing process.
The metal crusher machine effectively reduces the volume ratio of metal materials, improves transportation efficiency, and separates metallic impurities from scrap metal materials.
