The UBC decoating furnace has been installed in Jordan

A Jordanian customer ordered a carbonization paint removal furnace from SUNYGROUP. The equipment has been successfully assembled at the customer’s factory in Jordan, and our engineers are currently conducting on-site commissioning and operator training.

The carbonization paint removal process for aluminum cans uses pyrolysis to remove paint. The paint is removed through dry distillation in an oxygen-free, high-temperature environment, producing no wastewater or waste gas (after exhaust gas treatment), thus meeting environmental requirements.

The working process of the aluminum can carbonization paint removal furnace is as follows: First, the carbonization furnace is preheated to the carbonization temperature. Then the equipment starts, and the feeding process begins. During the process of the aluminum cans entering the carbonization furnace, the sealing of the feeding port must be ensured to guarantee oxygen-free carbonization in the main furnace. Therefore, the aluminum cans need to be pre-crushed into small pieces, generally requiring a material size of about 2 centimeters.
