With the widespread use of lithium batteries, the recycling and disposal of used lithium batteries has become an important issue for environmental protection and resource recycling. Lithium battery pyrolysis furnaces and related equipment, utilizing high-temperature decomposition technology, effectively achieve the harmless treatment of hazardous substances in batteries and the recovery of metal resources, playing a crucial role in the lithium battery recycling field.

SUNYGROUP, after multiple technological updates and solution optimizations, has designed a new generation of lithium battery recycling equipment, which has the following significant advantages:

1. Use electric induction heating. Only furnace body will be hot, other places cold. Energy consumption and cost only 50% compared with Natural Gas burning heat up. Temperature control much more precisely.

2. Use high speed 3000rpm milling system to crush battery anode cathode. One time process can remove 80% black mass and total black mass removing efficiency is much higher than hammer crusher.

3. Powder selection system use advanced pneumatic dynamic design. By adjusting wind flow , we can select black mass only and reject Cu Al. Impurity Cu Al in black mass will be less than 1.5% and if you want, you can control Al in black mass less than 300ppm.

4. Cu Al separation will use a high automated gravity separating system. You can choose purest materials and mix materials can return to system automatically for next separation.

5. Auto black mass package, only need to operate and change 1 bag once per 1-1.5hours.
