Scrap electric motors contain high-value recyclable materials, such as copper, steel, and aluminum; however, their compact structure and mixed material composition present challenges for efficient separation. The equipment supplied for this project integrates key processing stages, including motor dismantling, crushing, shredding, magnetic separation, and recovery of non-ferrous metals. By combining low-speed, high-torque shredding technology with precision separation units, the system achieves effective liberation of copper windings while maintaining consistent output quality. This allows recycling operators to maximize copper recovery rates while reducing material loss.
