The core of the twin-shaft shredder lies in the counter-rotating mechanism of the two independent blades. The staggered blades on the blades create a shear gap during their counter-rotating motion, pulverizing the material through the triple forces of shearing, tearing, and squeezing. This process utilizes a low-speed, high-torque design, ensuring stability and low energy consumption when processing large volumes of material.

1. Drive Method: Dual motors drive a planetary reducer, distributing power to the two main shafts via a gearbox. This allows for precise speed control between 10 and 50 rpm, adapting to varying material characteristics.

2. Blade Shaft Construction: High-strength alloy steel blade shafts are connected to the blades via splines or hexagonal shafts, ensuring even torque distribution. Materials such as 42CrMo offer enhanced wear resistance for hard materials such as metals and plastics.
