Recently, Indian customers visited our factory to observe the trial run of our advanced Tetra Pak recycling equipment. This visit show our technology for processing used cartons—commonly known as Tetra Pak packaging—into valuable, reusable materials.
Our engineering team explained how the equipment first shreds the waste cartons into small pieces. Next, the system uses a pulping and separation stage to split the composite layers of paper, aluminum, and plastic. The paper fiber is recovered for reuse in the paper industry, while aluminum and plastic are separated for further processing.
During the live trial run, our customer watched the equipment in action. They observed the smooth feeding of mixed Tetra Pak waste, the efficient pulping operation, and the final separation of clean, high-quality paper pulp. Our team highlighted the advanced control system that ensures stable operation, easy parameter adjustment, and low energy consumption.
