Scrap electronic waste recycling equipment is primarily used to recycle various electronic waste circuit boards, such as computer boards, mobile phone boards, television boards, and copper-clad laminates. The equipment can directly process circuit boards containing electrical components without pre-processing. It utilizes a dry separation process, eliminating the need for heating, combustion, water washing, or chemical treatment.
It is estimated that one ton of computer circuit boards contains 0.5 kg of gold, 130 kg of copper, 10 kg of iron, 60 kg of lead, 40 kg of tin, 36 kg of nickel, and 40 kg of antimony, as well as other rare and precious metals such as platinum and palladium. Due to the high value of metals, fibers, and resins, electronic waste recycling equipment not only helps transform waste into valuable resources but also generates significant economic benefits.
A Brazilian customer purchased a set of electronic waste recycling equipment from SUNYGROUP. The equipment has completed the production process and entered the inspection phase. Our quality inspection department will conduct a comprehensive inspection and test run of the equipment. Upon successful inspection, the equipment will be packaged and shipped to the customer’s factory in Brazil. Our installation engineers will then provide on-site installation services.
